Celebration

King's Garden needs to be a place where we celebrate our life in Christ often. How does that look like? We aim to work that out together as a community, but here are some ideas: Pajamas day; Go and climb mountains together and celebrate creation; Have fun birthday parties when there is an occasion; Tell jokes; Worship creatively; Explore using arts to celebrate Jesus; In general, find as many as possible opportunities to laugh together.

Simplicity

Our theory is that the more complex our practice of Christianity is, the more it has a tendency to become something that is in between the people and God. God wants to have direct fellowship with us in his son Jesus Christ: Let us keep things simple.
It is hard to multiply complicated things, easy to multiply simple things.

Multiplication

Jesus did not try to do everything himself; in fact he had a narrow focus. He built his disciples and then he went away and left the rest of the job to them, giving them instructions to go to the ends of the earth. In the west, too often we focus on what we can count today instead of what we can reap tomorrow. How does this play out in practice? King's Garden focuses on doing a deep and life lasting work in students. This means much work with few but not little work with many.
